Today’s going to be my second day off of any nicotine, and I’m definitely beginning to feel the effects of withdrawal. Since last night, I have been having a really severe headache that won’t go away. I’ve tried taking aleve, aspirin, and tylenol, but it’s doing very little, if any, help.

In the past, 5-HTP has helped out with my headaches, so I’m trying it out today. Hopefully it will help so I won’t have to deal with this headache anymore.

It’s been a day since I’ve had my Blackberry Bold, and I’m still learning a lot of new functions on it. It’s definitely a lot better than the iPhone was. I would have never purchased the iPhone if I knew how good Blackberries were.

Today’s my first day smoke free, and to say the least, I’m feeling pretty great. I’m definitely very happy that I quit smoking, and hopefully soon, I’ll be able to start up running again. It’s been long enough since I ran, and since I really enjoyed it the last time around, I think I’ll really enjoy it again.
