Quit smoking – again.. – and started running!
Yesterday, I decided that it was time to get back in shape again. Over the last couple of months I started smoking over a pack a day of cigarettes and quit doing everything that was healthy for me, and I definitely began to feel the side effects from doing so. I’ve been having trouble walking – breaking into sweats – and pretty much doing anything that requires any type of activity. So, to break my bad habit and began getting back into shape, I decided to go on a run yesterday. I’m definitely very happy that I ran because although it was very painful and hard, I felt absolutely amazing afterward. I have a feeling that running and staying in shape will be my new “healthy” addiction!
